Q: Can I still place order via Whatsapp?
A:  To make sure your order is traceable in our system, we highly recommend you to place order in our website.  Our Whatsapp account is still valid and you are more than welcome to get in touch with us if you face any problem.😉

Q: Do I need to create an account to shop?
A: Yes, you need to have an account to place order.  You can create an account without any purchase, or you can do it when you proceed to checkout.

Q: Are items in my shopping cart reserved?
A: Nope, items are reserved only when payment is confirmed.  We recommend completing your purchase as soon as possible to secure your items.


Q: What are the countries you ship?
A: Our website is at initial stage and only local delivery is applicable when you check out.  We hope we can provide international delivery very soon.

Q: Is it eligible for free return, exchange and refund?
